The SUREFIRE Helmet Light is a compact, lightweight, hands-free LED light that attaches to any MICH helmet. The low-output light is perfect for close work or navigation, and is available in two color combinations: White/Blue/IR or White/Red/IR.
Its six LEDs produce three different spectrums of light at multiple power levels:
(1) Primary light - three 5mm white LEDs with low (1.4 lumens), medium (5 lumens), and high (19.2 lumens) outputs
(2) Secondary light - two 5mm blue or red LEDs with low (.3 lumens), medium (.8 lumens), and high (2.5 lumens) outputs
(3) IFF light - one 3mm infrared LED (1.72 mW) with continual blinking output
A three-position toggle switch: up to activate primary LEDS, center for off, and down for secondary colored LEDs
Momentary pressure switch cycles primary and secondary LEDs through their low, medium, and high output settings
Watertight and weatherproof
Made of a durable glass-filled nylon polymer and neoprene
Output/Runtimes:
(1) Primary LEDs - 48 hours on low, 28 hours on medium, and 6 hours on high
(2) Secondary LEDs - 96 hours on low, 48 hours on medium, and 20 hours on high
(3) IFF infrared LED - 120 hours
Easily installed or removed for servicing or transfer to another helmet.
Uses 1 "CR123A 3V lithium" battery (included).
